I enjoy teaching. I take students who only know how to turn on their computer to developing web apps at a junior to intermediate level in roughly 180 hours in a group setting of 20 to 30+ students. I effectively run my courses like bootcamps with flipped classroom elements, standard assessments, individual mentoring and team coaching.

Developed easily maintainable, reusable and documented code and assets for various interactive components and simulations. Refactored pre-existing components.

Developed production tools that required research and a full understanding of the team’s unique production process.

Automated development workflow, testing workflow, and deployment processes that saved development time and created on-demand packages for testers, project managers and account managers.

Automated version control processes.

Generated file relationship reports on the fly in order to assist in onerous retrofitting tasks and replace cumbersome documentation.

Developed custom scripts that automated IDE functions which helped to prevent bad coding practices.

Generated reports on the system for lead developers and managers to see errors and inconsistencies to address.

Analysed, developed and designed a cutting edge pharma-sales training tool for the Pocket PC.

Since I ran solo on this project, I gained and applied self management and education, presentation and demonstration, training, documentation, and leadership skills.

Videotron – E-learning development support

Created new reusable learning interaction assets, code  and documentation for Videotron’s designers, developers and content integrators to use in their Moodle LMS courses.
